I purchased this standing tub filler and once fitted I noticed that I was having an issue with the flow and mix of hot and cold water. I contacted my plumber and he informed me that the poor quality of the faucet and the faulty cartridge in the mixing tap was not allowing sufficient hot water flow. I contacted the supplier and still TWO MONTHS later I have not received a replacement part. There are literally a handful of parts to this faucet and they actually sent me completely the wrong part . After sending them actual images of the part required (see images) they respond asking me if the part previously sent was the one I needed...
I have tried to help as much as I can from my side and supplied detailed images, diagrams and specifics and yet the customer service (email only) constantly responds with delays hearing back from the manufacturer. The shower system we bought here has issues as well and the diverter function between the main shower head and hand shower does not work properly so they both run at the same time. What a total disaster. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS.
